We at First UMC believe that the followers of Jesus Christ are called to be the church and not just go to church. We believe that our first and only business is growing the kingdom of God and not just some specific congregation or denomination. We are very proud of our United Methodist heritage and DNA, but we are a Gospel community first and a United Methodist community second. This means we believe in Jesus Christ and take what he called us to do as Christians very seriously.
